Net Cash Proceeds(Gross Cash Proceeds − Total Expenses)$0
⚠
How this is calculated — Gross Sales Proceeds is your Selling Price less any outstanding home loan. CPF principal used, plus the accrued interest it earned, is refunded to your CPF account first; what remains is your Gross Cash Proceeds. Total Expenses (SSD, bank penalty, legal fee, other costs) are deducted to arrive at Net Cash Proceeds. The Estimated Timeline on the right shows the same figures spread across the transaction: Option Fee and Exercise Fee are received early as part of the price, and the balance is receivable on completion (net of expenses, less the Option Fee already received).
