Find out how much cash you'll actually walk away with after selling your home, from your CPF refund right through to completion.
This is an estimate, not an offer. Actual proceeds depend on HDB's resale completion statement or your conveyancing lawyer's completion statement, CPF Board's final refund computation, and your bank's or HDB's loan redemption figure. Figures here are for indicative planning only.
What are you selling?
Gross Sales Proceeds is your selling price less any outstanding loan (and, for an HDB flat, the CPF principal used, which HDB nets off before you ever see the cash). Any CPF principal and accrued interest used is refunded to your CPF account. Total Expenses covers Seller's Stamp Duty (rarely payable on an HDB flat past its 5-year MOP), legal fee and the other listed costs. This tool does not include your own agent's commission.
