Most of our calculators run entirely in your own browser. We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't collect or store the figures you type into them. The HDB valuation is the exception: it is worked out on our server, and we keep the flat details and the report for 12 months so we can send you the full report if you ask. Beyond that, the only information that reaches us is what you choose to send us yourself, for example by tapping a WhatsApp button.
Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter into the Home Loan Calculator, Option Analysis, or Sale Proceeds calculators are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored on any PropLeh server. Closing the tab clears them.
HDB valuation requests. When you use the HDB valuation, the details you enter (block, street, flat type, floor, unit number if you give it, floor area, lease year, flat model and any price you type) and the report we produce are stored for 12 months, together with the advertisement campaign you arrived from, if any. We use them only to send you the full report if you ask for it and to answer your questions about it. We do not ask for or store your name or phone number with them, and only the agent can open them.
WhatsApp messages. If you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, your device opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled (which may include a summary of your calculator results and a reference code). Nothing is sent unless you choose to press send in WhatsApp. Once sent, that message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours, and is received on the WhatsApp account shown.
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic to this site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, how they arrived (for example from a search, a link or a QR code on an advertisement), and when they tap a WhatsApp button. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to tell visits apart. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalisation, and we do not send your name, phone number or the figures you enter to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have rights over any personal data an organisation holds about you. Our calculators do not ask for your name or contact details, so this mainly applies to any message you have sent us over WhatsApp and to saved HDB valuation requests. If you'd like us to access, correct or delete information you've previously sent us, message us on the WhatsApp number shown on this site.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
