Upcoming New Condo Launches in Singapore

Every new condo and EC we are tracking, grouped by when the showflat is likely to open. Dates are rough: developers usually confirm a preview only a few weeks ahead, so treat each window as an estimate. Last updated 7 November 2026.

Now to end-2026

Few launches left this year. Most developers are holding for early 2027.

Q1 2027

The busiest window: about ten projects point here, so expect launches to bunch up.

Q2 2027

A second wave, mostly GLS sites awarded in the first half of 2026.

Q3 2027

Dates are loose this far out and often slip a quarter.

Q4 2027 and later

Early placeholders. Treat these as a pipeline, not a calendar.

How a launch usually unfolds

  1. Site awarded or project announced. Government land sale sites typically take many months to reach a showflat.
  2. Registration of interest opens. Agents and developers start collecting names, often weeks before a date is public.
  3. Preview. Showflat opens, usually for a week or two, with a price list released close to booking.
  4. Booking weekend. Units are chosen and booked, then the option to purchase is exercised within the standard period.
